Private Yoga Classes for Children & Tweens

Adult Yoga Classes

Specialised Support for Neurodiverse Children
We are trained in yoga that supports children with special needs.
- Our unique program has been created in collaboration with occupational therapists
- Incorporates reflex integration and remedial yoga techniques
- We run specialised group classes for neurodiverse children
- One-on-one sessions available, tailored to each child's specific needs and goals
